It provides two probes, which make it possible to cook and grill different types of meat- or monitor two levels of doneness- at the same time. The remote device alerts you when your meat is perfectly cooked, without having to watch and wait for it. Simply insert the probe into the meat, run the wire out of the barbecue or oven, and attach the probe to the base unit. A clip on receiver is attached to the thermometer with an alert signal that works up to 120 feet away. Now you can truly grill and chill.
